The editor of Bowls International, Patrick Hulbert, played in the Michael-Ashton Phillips (MAP) tournament last October in Orange County CA and introduced players and spectators to this fine magazine. International articles and feature stories have included write-ups on USA lawn bowls, including MAP, Atlantic and Asia-Pacific Championships. I anticipate more news on USA bowlers and results from PBA playdowns, Hong Kong Classic and World Cup to appear in future issues. Subscription rates are available on the website. Check it out.
